Community Based OrganizationWe provide Outreach, Education and Wraparound Services for families and individuals who may be impacted by COVID-19. We look forward to keeping you up to date on information related to COVID-19. If you, a family member or someone you know has tested positive for COVID-19 and are in quarantine or isolation please reach out to us so that we can provide much needed financial resources and support.

We are supporting individuals and their families in, Crook, Deschutes, Grant, Harney, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake and Wheeler Counties
