Meet FASN's Management Team

Dianna J. Hansen, Co-Founder, Executive Director
Dianna is the co-founder and executive director of the Central Oregon Disability Support Network which includes the family networks in Klamath, Harney, Baker, Crook, Jefferson and Deschutes Counties. In addition to being active on several local and state boards, she is a 2010 graduate of Partners in Policy Making, Past Chair of the State Interagency Coordinating Council and a certified Person Centered Plan Facilitator. Dianna’s professional experience includes many different areas in the business management, marketing and accounting fields.
Dianna’s passion in the field was fostered when her and her husband’s third child was born with a developmental disability. Dianna strives to support, advocate for, educate and equip Individuals, families and professionals in the field of disability.

Jenny Cavarno, Program Manager
Jenny is the mother of three children. Her eldest son experiences a development disability. Jenny’s son graduated high school in 2014 with an extended diploma and completed three years in his district’s community transition program. At 21 he started his first paid job with supported employment. Jenny has many years of experience in advocacy both in the medical and educational field that has led her to have a voice not only for her son but also for Oregon families and their children that experience disability. Often her advocacy work has taken her to meetings at the state level and across Oregon to share her perspective as a family member. Jenny is a graduate of Partners in Policy making in Oregon. Jenny is passionate in her work and believes that all people have the right to a happy and fulfilled whole life.

Yecenia Rodriguez, Program Coordinator
Yecenia Rodriguez lives in Klamath Falls, Oregon with her husband and two children. Her first born child, Anthony, was born with Cerebral Palsy and developmental delays. Hearing her son’s diagnosis was hard but she knew that she had to advocate for her child and other families going through the same journey as her. Yecenia’s professional background includes working at a Pediatric Therapy Clinic, Early Childhood Education , Business Management, and Parent Liaison.

FASN is a Program under Central Oregon Disability Support Network (CODSN), also a member of Oregon Consortium of Family Networks. CODSN holds the contract that FASN receives funding from.
