 Welcome to FASN

We are the Family Network that serves all of Klamath County we are located in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Our network strives to facilitate collaboration among families with disabilities and our community as we build greater inclusion, welcoming, empowerment and mutual support.
We are a program under Central Oregon Disability Support Network (CODSN) out of Central Oregon.

Thanks to donations and grants we are able to continue connecting families and providing information and resources at no cost.

We provide Outreach, Education and Wraparound Services for families and individuals who may be impacted by COVID-19. We look forward to keeping you up to date on information related to COVID-19. If you, a family member or someone you know has tested positive for COVID-19 and are in quarantine or isolation please reach out to us so that we can provide much needed financial assistance and support.

We are supporting individuals and their families in, Crook, Deschutes, Grant, Harney, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake and Wheeler Counties
