OHA COVID-19 CARES ACT PROGRAM

related to the impacts of COVID-19.

Wellness Mini Grant


​Through the OHA COVID CARES Wellness mini grant, CODSN is able to

provide up to $250 of support per person for tools and equipment to
reduce safety risks, improve mental wellness, and reduce isolation.
Examples of equipment include, but are not limited to, sensory
equipment, adaptive equipment, safety supports, schedule timers, apps
to promote socialization, materials for calming break spaces and
communication equipment.​

Access Mini Grant
Through the OHA COVID CARES Access mini grant, CODSN is able
to cover up to $250 per person of financial assistance for
deductibles/co-pays not covered by insurance for mental and/or
behavioral health visits to improve mental wellness.
